At Econo-Rack we have been using people from Lift Temp to supplement our installation crews for some time now, have hired a number full-time, and have recommended Lift Temp to all of our sub-contractors. The quality of people we have been getting is by far much better than we have ever gotten from any of the other agencies we have dealt with over the years. When using the other agencies we would normally go through 3 - 4 people on a site before we got on that we wanted to keep on that job.

The quality of the people we get is directly due to their staff having been to job sites to learn what we actually do. They have a good understanding of what "Building Rack" truly involves, thereby getting the right people, when we need them. We place an order, usually with very little notice, and they stay on it until it has been filled all the while keeping us informed of their progress and then follow-up to make sure everybody is in and working out.
