At SUTTON, BOWEN & BRIMLEY, the first step in our Process is to conduct a Needs Analysis to evaluate and document your requirements in detail to determine the best course of action in achieving the highest quality recruiting efforts possible.
Candidate Search
We then engage all necessary resources and techniques available to locate ideal candidates. This process includes, but is not limited to, internet search, print and electronic advertising, candidate referral, and industry executive networking.
Assessment
At SUTTON, BOWEN & BRIMLEY we guarantee that all possible candidates first meet 100% of basic qualifications for the position. Candidates are then screened for work history as directed by the client. Any candidates that meet the above criteria are then interviewed and, if required, administered a behavior based questionnaire by our professional staff to ensure the best fit for your company and it’s culture.
Primary Candidates
Following the above, candidates deemed the most likely fit for your organization will be identified.
Final Selection
Once the final selection has been made, we will confirm the candidate and brief them on all pertinent details.
